A little clarity
goes a long way.
Why did I receive a mailing?
We analyze recent sales in Nassau and Suffolk Counties and compare market values with property assessments. A mailing from us indicates that our research identified that a reduction in your property assessment and therefore your taxes is possible. Contact us to discuss your property.
What information will you review?
County assessment records, purchase information, your home’s condition, and comparable sales help us understand the property and evaluate a possible grievance.
Do you accept every case?
We accept cases we believe have a high probability of success. We explain the findings and process before proceeding; a reduction is not guaranteed.
How much does the service cost?
Our standard fee is 40% of the first year’s savings. A $30 court filing fee may apply for SCAR proceedings. Please contact us for current terms.
When can I expect the next step?
Timing depends on the county and the stage of the assessment or grievance process. Our team can explain the dates and next steps relevant to your case.
